Courtney was amazing and the entire staff too. They gave me the best price for wheels, alignment and oil change. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them moving forward!

Great experience at Tire Kingdom! Came in for an oil change and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and professional, and they got me taken care of without any issues. Definitely would come back! Rosemary was extremely helpful!

Best Tire Kingdom location! I brought my car in on a Sunday with a flat tire, and they immediately tried to save me money by patching it first. Unfortunately, the damage was too large to repair, but they had a new tire installed and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Jessica took great care of me and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She does an excellent job building rapport with customers and the community, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in. Dovan replaced the tire and made sure everything was good to go before I left. Fast, honest, friendly service and they actually tried to save me money before recommending a replacement. This is by far the best Tire Kingdom location I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Rose was exceptional! She got me in and out with 2 new tires on my car, without the hassle of being upsold or overcharged. I appreciate her expertise, as she took the time to come out to my vehicle, fully assess the tires before pricing out options and provide education as to the best way to buy tires for my vehicle in the future. I will definitely be back!

UPDATE: they ask you to email, and they don't do anything about it except the manager wants to "call and apologize" - that does not do anything with this issue. My review remains the same! Scheduled a 2 PM appointment for a simple oil change. I had to call myself at 4 PM for an update and was told it would be “30 more minutes,” so I arrived at 4:30 PM — only to see they were just then starting work on my car. I didn’t leave until 5 PM. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. Why did I have to call for an update instead of the shop contacting me when they were running hours behind? On top of that, I was charged extra for an oil cap replacement that was never discussed with me beforehand. If additional work or charges are needed, customers should be informed and asked before it’s done. To make it worse, when I questioned the extra charge, the employee said, “Oh, I can put the old one back on if you want.” After already waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change, what was I realistically supposed to say to that? I wasn’t about to have my car put back on the lift and the work redone after such an excessive delay. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and not
